Best Recovery Services L.L.C. was founded in 1997 by owner Russell A. Eggers III with one truck and two clients. Eleven years later, through dedication and perseverance, Best Recovery has become the standard for repossessions in the state of Michigan. There are currently twelve flat bed wreckers operating twenty-four hours a day throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan providing service for over one hundred financial institutions.

     In pursuit of our goal to constantly improve service to our clients we have recently moved into a new facility where we can store over 350 vehicles secured by a privacy fence and under constant video surveillance. We are also able to provide indoor storage upon request.

     We at Best Recovery understand that diversity is the key to success and have built a company to reflect this. We not only repossess cars and trucks, but we also have the ability to handle boats, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. In addition, we have a company semi and Landoll trailer for repossession and transportation of heavy equipment. Our staff also includes a number of drivers with Class A CDLs who specialize in repossessing a broad range of Semis, commercial vehicles, construction equipment and farm machinery.

     In addition to repossessions and auction transportation we also offer more specialized services such as skip tracing, key cutting, vehicle reconditioning and liquidation.

     Here at Best Recovery we understand that client satisfaction is built around communication. Our thirteen member office staff makes regular updates, prompt notification of repossession, accurate condition reports and detailed billing a priority. Services can be provided by phone, fax or e-mail depending on our client’s wishes. Knowing that repossessions are not a nine to five industry our General Manager and Operations Manager are available twenty four hours a day by cellular phone.
